Gym Wellness Area

Members can use the gym space in accordance with their membership or pass duration. For example, Unlimited Flex members have unlimited gym access, 5-Day Flex members have access to the gym space during their 5 days in the space, and Day Pass users have access to the gym the day their pass is effective.

We have a bicycle, rowing machine, treadmill, and weight training area. A shower is in the works along with several other machines.

Dog Policy

We love being a dog-friendly space. Please work with our team to review and sign our Dog Policy Form prior to bringing in your furry friend.

And a couple of reminders: Please keep your dog at your side at all times. For most dogs, this will likely require a leash. We ask that you not use the first desks on each aisle to keep the walkway clear for handicapped guests. Please keep barking to a minimum for a professional environment for our members and guests. We also have an outside pet waste station to the left of the front door when facing the building.

Overnight Parking

Community members can purchase a monthly parking pass for the upper lot if you are looking for a place to park a vehicle. $125/month.

Cancellation Policy

For all reservable resources (i.e. phone booths, conference rooms, and board rooms), if you cancel more than 7 days before the booking, we will credit 90%; if within 7 days of booking, we will credit 50%; and no credits are offered within 24 hrs of the booking.
